Cyborg soldiers returning from war roam about, their cybernetic enhancements monitored by the authorities. Behind the scenes, government-affiliated organizations, Western spies, and mafiosos hunt each other down. This is Moscow, a city where freedom, truth, and prosperity have long since disappeared.
